  3. 1.5 hours of operating
  4. Local anaesthetic infiltration
  5. Skin excision
  6. Sutures used to hold the cartilage in the desired position to create the antihelical fold and reduce the prominence of the conchal bowl
  7. Close wound
  8. Dressing
  9. Pain relief
  10. Home when ready - day case
  11. Removal of dressing at 2-5 days
  12. Night head band for 3 months
  13. No contact sports for 3 months
  14. Out patient Follow up
